Thus, we investigated and developed the brand-new composite light casting layers in the upper surface of the prefabricated furnace surface bricks based on the original refractory castable precast blocks.
The refractory castable precast blocks at the top of the open mode anode baking furnace’s flame tube is the main component of the furnace’s surface. In the past as the density of the preformed bricks is high, and therefore has very high thermal conductivity. The measured data show that the surface temperature of the precast blocks at the top of flame tube could be up to 200℃ and above, directly led to high temperature in furnace surface, heavy heat loss and severe operating conditions. Thus, we investigated and developed the brand-new composite light casting layers in the upper surface of the prefabricated furnace surface bricks based on the original refractory castable precast blocks. This kind of new material is ensured to greatly reduce the surface temperature of the furnace surface bricks based on the basis of the original material performance(The minimum temperature of furnace surface could be less than 60℃), the heat loss can be reduced and effectively improve the operating condition.
