Product Description

Compared with other types of refractory materials commonly used in hot blast stoves at home and abroad, high-purity all-andalusite bricks have better high-temperature performance, are more suitable for high-temperature hot blast stoves, and can meet the generation of hot blast stoves. It can be seen from the technical characteristics of andalusite and the microstructure of high-purity andalusite bricks: the degree of mulliteization of andalusite is high, the needle-shaped crystals are well developed, and the needle-shaped mullite in the aggregate and the matrix is interlaced in a network structure. Strengthen the degree of bonding between the matrix and the particles, so the product has a higher mechanical strength and a lower apparent porosity, while also having a higher load softening temperature and creep resistance. Since the mullite inside the high-purity andalusite brick is well developed, the product has excellent volume stability. At the same time, the interlaced network structure formed by the needle columnar mullite in the matrix gives the product excellent thermal shock resistance.
